It was established in 2013 on a 35-hectare site within the "Aras Free Trade-Industrial Zone," with the purpose of producing various steel products. In the same year, the first phase of the complex was initiated, aiming to establish a continuous melting and casting plant for various steel ingots with a capacity of 180 thousand tons.
