The company "Azarabadegan Aras Steel Complex" is one of the subsidiaries of the "Foulad Aras Industrial group". It was established in 2013 on a 35-hectare site within the "Aras Free Trade-Industrial Zone," with the purpose of producing various steel products. In the same year, the first phase of the complex was initiated, aiming to establish a continuous melting and casting plant for various steel ingots with a capacity of 180 thousand tons. Leveraging the expertise of engineers from Padideh Foulad Aras Engineering Company, the first phase was commissioned in 2020.
