Hamgam Ba Asnaf Journal: a delegation of the Executive Secretary and committee of the East Azerbaijan Workers’ House along with East Azerbaijan worker organizations, attended the Azarabadegan Aras Steel Complex, visited the steel billet production line, appreciated the CEO of the complex with a statue and a certficate of appreciation for being a supporter of workers, and honored the sincere efforts of the public relations manager, as well as a number of workers.
According to the Hamgam Ba Asnaf quarterly magazine, Mr. Karim Sadeghzadeh Tabrizi, Executive Secretary of East Azerbaijan Workers’ House, Gholamhosein Hoseinzadeh Vahid, The head of the seniors union of the East Azerbaijan Workers’ House, Jaafar Javid, head of East Azarbaijan representative assembly, Hosein Alavi, head of East Azarbaijan workers’ association, Rahim Hoseinpour, treasurer of East Azarbaijan construction workers’ association, Mohsen Tabrizi counsellor of East Azarbaijan workers’ association, Mr. Abbaszadeh, public relations of East Azarbaijan workers’ representative assembly, phptographers and journalists visited the Azarabadegan Aras Steel Complex, and witnessed Robustness of this successful factory.
In a meeting with the CEO, deputies, and managers of the Azarabadgan Aras Steel Complex, Karim Sadeghzadeh Tabrizi, Executive Secretary of the East Azerbaijan Workers’ House, praised the efforts made in this great complex and said: “what we are witnessing here about employment, production, and lack of dependence from foreign countries, as well as constant exports of the products is gratifying for us as servants of the working-class community.”
He described the Azarabadgan Aras Steel Complex as one of the successful steel complexes and added: “Your strong presence in foreign markets as a representative of Iran indicates the firm determination of the management and employees to prosper production, increase the production capacity, and enter new foreign markets, and in this path, dear workers also play a fundamental and important role.”
The Executive Secretary of the East Azerbaijan Workers’ House, appreciating the management for their special attention to the workers’ position, stated: “Workers are the main pillar of production, and your efforts to ensure livelihood and job security are commendable. Also your efforts to meet the vital needs of the country and raising the flag of Iran in foreign markets deserves special appreciation.”
In another part of his speech, Sadeghzadeh Tabrizi described the activities and programs of the Workers’ House and announced the readiness of the Workers’ House for workers’ utilization.
The Azarabadegan Aras Steel Complex is a successful manufacturing complex.
Hossein Yousef Alavi, head of East Azarbaijan workers’ trade association, also expressed his contentment for the workers’ satisfaction with the management and said: ” attention to the Job security and welfare of workers in this complex deserve special appreciation.”
He added: “, We observed entrepreneurship and wealth creation in this great complex, as well as its success in steel billets production; so we attended to appreciate and thank the strenuous efforts of the management and employees.”
Paying attention to the livelihood and welfare of workers has been the management’s main priority and concern.
Mohammad Taghi Rezapour, CEO of the Azarabadgan Aras Steel Complex, welcoming the Executive Secretary and committee of the East Azerbaijan Workers’ House and worker organizations at this meeting, said: 144.000 tons of steel billets are produced annually in this complex and exported to more than 7 countries around the world.
He added: “Azarabadegan Aras Steel Complex is one of the largest and most active factories in the Aras Free Zone. We also have steel production units in Armenia and Turkey, and our products are exported to countries such as China and South Africa.”
Rezapour considered paying attention to workers, meeting their needs, and on time payment of salaries as some of the most important priorities of management, and added: “hopefully, we have no problems in this field and we pay special attention to the livelihood and welfare of our workers.”
as a closure to his speech, he expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the presence of the Secretary and Executive committee of the Azerbaijan Workers’ House and the heads of East Azerbaijan worker organizations in this complex, and called for expanding cooperation between the Workers’ House and worker organizations with Azarabadegan Steel complex.
In the continuation of this meeting, representatives of other workers organizations also expressed their opinions, and finally, the CEO of Azarabadegan Aras Steel Complex, Mr. Mohammad Taghi Rezapour, as a supporter of the workers, the public relations manager, and a number of workers were honored for their sincere efforts by presenting a statue and a certficate of appreciation.
